How to properly Overhead Press

Check the YouTube video by Megan where she goes over how to set your rack height, how to rest the bar, the bar path of the movement, and how to brace.

She also wrote an article version if you want a primer before watching the 6:52 video.

Awesome pointers that I would be using the next time I do the overhead press as I think some of my reps engage my chest muscles more than it should.
